My booking is confirmed only upon payment (full or agreed deposit).

Check-in time is 12:00 Noon and check-out time is 12:00 Noon.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

No parties, loud gatherings, illegal activities, or smoking inside the apartment.

I am financially responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required during my stay.

Management may deduct costs from the security deposit or charge me directly if damages exceed the deposit.

Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are provided within reasonable usage; excessive usage may attract additional charges.

Choice Care Luxury Apartments is not liable for loss of personal belongings or injuries.

Management reserves the right to terminate my stay without refund if terms are violated.

I consent to personal data collection for booking and security.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
